Congress Registration Process: APRIL 06 – MAY 01,  2017

Following acceptance of your paper abstract, participants will be expected to pay the registration fees and then register to our congress after payment confirmation notification by congress secretariat. Each participant needs to pay the publication fee and be registered.

An author may participate in the congress with only one paper and a participation fee.In multiple authorizations, the presenter author will pay the normal congress fee. Authors who do not present may participate as congress listeners. Master and Ph.D. students who will be participating with the papers must not be in any academic staff (research assistant / lecturer / lecturer). Participants in the academic staff will attend by paying the normal congressional fee.

After Payment;

Acceptance Letter: Following receipting your congress actual registration form, confirmation regarding your registration will be sent you via e-mail by congress secretariat. After registration, acceptance letter will be send you.

For congress actual registration, firstly, all participants have to send the bank receipt (pdf) of congress actual registration fee to our congress secretariat via e-mail to register.iccht@gmail.com during APRIL 06 – MAY 01, 2017.

Congress Registration Fee Invoice: Congress registration fee invoice will be given to participants during the conference (May 19-21, 2017).

Registration Cancellation Policy;

For the cancellations in the period of between May 02-04, 2017, it will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

For the cancellations after the date May 05, 2017, it will not be refunded of the registration fees.
